Need your help guys. May kaso bang pwedeng isampa sa isang kaibigan na ayaw magbayad ng utang niya sa credit card ko. Almost five months na siyang hindi nagbibigay ng downpayment. Lagi ko siyang tinetext pero hindi sya nagrereply and hindi rin sumasagot kapag tinatawagan. Kailangan ko po ng advice. Pag mga ganyang sitwasyon, pwede ko po ba syang sampahan ng kaso?

Anong kaso po kaya? Until now d pa rin kasi sya nagbabayad. Nakaka 7 months na syang walang bayad.

Palagay ko isangguni mo sa barangay level kung small claims lang.
