Arresto Menor

Good morning a friend of mine confesses of aiding or helping a foreigner to purchased a property in the Philippines through his name. Now he needs assistance on clearing his name and removed his name of the title. Little late to clearly understand of his illegal action and of the legal consequence that may come out. What is the legal and proper action he needs to do in order to get out of this property. Thank you for any advised that can be provided.
