Property Annotation

Dear Atty..

Good day to you and to all followers of this forum.

Atty. I would just like to ask, this is regarding my request sa Registry of Deeds nag file po kasi ako ng Affidavit of Conjugal complaint. kasi bininta ng dati kung asawa at ng family nya yung property nya at kahit po kunti di man lang kami binigyan ng kaunti kahit para sa anak ko na lang po..kasi insist po nila na wala daw po ako right dun sa property..Now po ni request ko sa Registry of deeds to annotate my claim.. sabi po ng taga RD it's still under invistigation..now po pina follow up ko sabi po nila na baka po ma okay na daw po yung annotation..Tanong ko po sana ano po ba ibig sabihin pag ma annotate na yung request ko may chance po ba kami na maka kuha man lang kahit kunting share doon sa property? What should I do next after mo makuha ko yung annotation from RD?
At ano po ba dapat ko gawin kasi nanghingi kasi ko na sa kanila ng support for my son kasi ever since nag hiwalay kami ng x husband ko never ako nag demand sa kanila ng amount sa support para sa anak namin na special child tanggap lang ako kng magkano ibigay nila. sinabi ko na po sa knila na gusto ko po sana ilagay sa legal ang lahat kasi malaki na anak ko pero nagalit po sila at hinahamon na mag demanda ako laban sa kanila. ngayon po stop na daw po ang support ng anak ko... meron po ako work pero di po talaga sapat sa neeeds namin ng anak ko kasi nag rent lang din po kami ng apartment.. Please po help me ano dapat ko gawin..

Atty. i add ko na rin lang po.. sino po ba ang pwede ko kasuhan kasi ang x husband ko po ay maysakit na daw? Kanino po ba kami hihingi dapat ng support? nagpapadala po ang parents in law ko pero hindi po talaga enough sa anak ko.. at sabi ng mga inlaws ko buti nga lang daw at nagpadala pa sila dapat lang daw po na ipagpasalamat ko yun at kahit papano sinuportahan pa nila anak ko...pero hindi rin po kasi regular kung at kung kelan lang nila maalala.. pero po kasi ang pinag bintahan kasi ng property ng ex husband ko ay nasa father po nya lahat.. government official po yung father in law ko.. pero di nila pina follow ang batas..

who was the registered owner of the property? was it acquired during your marriage?

you can send a demand letter then file a case of ra 9262 for economic abuse

It was registered under my x-husbands name..and the property was aquired before the marriage but we didn't sign any pre-nuptial agreement. Atty. I read a little article about Absolute community property? isn't it under this law? And if it's annonated by Registry of Deeds does it mean that I can annul the selling of the said property? and lastly atty. to whom should I file the case? they said my husband is sick and actually he is now sufferring from down syndrome maybe it's because of his being drug dependent before..I heard all the the transactions of the selling of the said property was being managed by his father and all the money was spent by his father for his personal purposes ..like (for his candidacy)..
Please atty.enlighten me on this matter..
