I was retrenched back in 2003 after 3 years of working for a company and still havent gotten the severance pay i deserved one reson is that i wasnt able to complete my clearance ( i dunno if thats the right term) another thing i wasnt able to follow up on it coz i was away and dont have the time to do it and many other reasons. my question is , am i entitled to get it after 10 long years of not following up on it? Nedd legal advise. Thank you very much.

the law only allows you to claim within 3 years. but no harm in trying, they might cough it up
