Arresto Menor

I need help po.. may anak po kasi ako na 1 year old last june 2013 anu-ano po ba ang mga karapatan niya sa daddy niya? kasi hindi naman po nagbibigay ng sustento kahit magkano lang. Bale nung 10 months na baby ko tsaka lang siya nakipagbreak sa akin hindi kami kasal. Gusto ko po maayos kami kahit bilang parents na lang sa anak namin kaya po nag demand ako sa kanya ng sustento sa bata na 5k a month pero di po niya maibigay. Maliit daw po ang sweldo niya. Ano po ba dapat ko gawin? dinadala po ng anak ko yung apelyido niya. nakapirma po siya sa birth certificate ng bata.
