Can anyone help me how to digest a case? A good one? Like for example, the format? Or how to put the issues? Is it always preferable that it starts with whether? How to answer the ruling? And other stuffs?

Every time I surf on the net, all I get are shortcuts and nonsensical tips. I need a real guide on how to make good case digest with no superfluities.

Anyone? Please? Sad

Hello! As what I've known there's no "right" way in digesting a case. All you need to do is to read, summarize and segregate the relevant from the irrelevant facts.
The "whether" is just recommended but not totally instilled. Connect the facts with the issue by specifying in the statement what provisions have been violated in accordance with the ruling.
