When I answered an other topic, I got to think of this question:
Are foreigners allowed to work as a LEADER and/or INTERNAL INSTRUCTOR in a company, which have Pinoys doing the restricted jobs to the customers?

Yes they are allowed. They are performing skill functions and not exercising their profession.
