Hi Sir, I would like to know if I still can get a refund of the downpayment that I have paid CHMI(developer) in the amount of 58K for the Condominium that I got. I have paid the downpayment at the end of October 2010. From then on we waited for Pag Ibig to approve the loan, I was then an OFW before. Years have passed and it still did not get approved until I stopped being an OFW last May 2012. I only have paid the downpayment or what CHMI called Net Cash Required. Our financial plan has changed and I decided to forego of the said property. I decided to transfer/sell my rights on the property but was hindered by a requirement of the developer that he/she has to be a blood relative. The promised amenities of the said Condominium(Kassel Residences) is up to now still not done.
Is there no more refund that is possible due to us?
