Good afternoon Atty. i've been looking different site until i got your site and upon reading different forum i instantly register to your site. and now im already succesfully registered in your site and with my excitement that you can help me a lot regarding the problems or curiosity now in my mind. Heres my problem po.
I was born a baby boy on Sept 23, 2012 and a day after giving birth. we register my son at the civil registrar and after we submit it to registrar office i have one original copy and also i request the certified machine copy from the office and i got it to support to my Medical claims i used the registered certificate and also i used it for the updates of my records i pass it to Phil health and other agency to add my son as my new dependent and beneficiary. and after 5 months i decided to get the NSO copy but unfortunately i received the notice from NSO that no record on file. so i go to Registrar Office and i found out that the Birth Certificate of my son was pull-out by his father as per Registrar employee. My question Atty is tama po ba na pinayagan nila na mahugot and isang Public Documents at never nila ako inform sa pangyayari kaya nagulat po ako di pa pala nakaregister ang anak ko kung di pa ako ngpunta di ko malalaman ang nangyari. Ano po ang pwedeng i file na case sa kanila? Thank you and umaasa po ako na masagot agad ito. God Bless!!!
