Arresto Menor

Hi.

I'm a fresh Grad last March 2013 and I would like to ask about my problem.

I undergo a Montessori Training and signed a contract which binds me to the school. The contract states that I need to undergo 2 months of training which I did last April and May, 1 year internship and 1 year service to the school.

It went well but I decided to quit due to my unbearable back pain. I did give them several med cert. When I left, I called them telling I wont be able to continue and they said all I need to do was to submit a again med cert and resignation letter and I failed to comply that was a month ago. Today I received a letter stating that I need to go back or else I will pay the damages. And if I didn't mind this, legal actions will be done.

My questions are:

1. If I will give my resignation and med cert, do I need to pay P111, ooo that they want?

2. I'm not the only one who quitted. We were three and I was the only one who received a letter. Is not fair enough?

I do need legal advices because I don't know what to do. :(I'm just 19 yrs old, confused, and scared. Please help me. Thank you. I appreciate it alot.
