Pwede po ba akong makasal sa ibang bansa kahit na hiwalay at hindi pa annulled ang kasal namin ng asawa ko? Narinig ko kasi na pwede naman kaso hindi na ako pwedeng makabalik dito sa pinas.

im not a lawyer but as far as i know, you can be get married but it is not valid and you can be charge a case of bigamy,.  you must to do.. just make an annulment case first .  and then when the case was finished and granted,. that is the time you can get married,

Alam ko mali, pero sinubukan kong makipagsundo tungkol sa annulment pero ayaw nyang makipagcooperate sa akin. Baka hindi nya pirmahan kung sakali at masayang lang ang ipambabayad ko sa annulment processing. Tumatanda na ako at gusto ko ng magkaroon ng maayos na pamilya, paano ko magagawa yun kung sya mismo ang may ayaw?

I is your right to file a case for annulment.Hindi pinagkakasunduan ang annulment. Kaya kahit na ayaw nya, but If a ground exists, then the court will grant the annulment. if you file it yourself, then you will be the one shouldering the expenses.

Ang problema ko ngayon meron syang record sa hospital na naglaslas sya dahil iniiwan ko sya nung mag bf/gf pa lang kami, kaya hindi ko sya maiwan iwan dahil dun hanggang sa makasal kami, hindi ako pinapayagan ng hospital makuha ang medical record na yun at kailangan pa ng consent niya para proof para gamitin sa annulment.
