In April 2012, I bought in cash two adjacent lots in a subdivision in Tagaytay.  Until now, I have not received from developer the deeds of absolute sale.  Developer says that the notarised deeds of absolute sale will be given to me after the Assessors Office has released the Tax Declaration (TD).  Is TD from Assessors Office required in preparing the notarized deed of absolute sale?  Thank you.

I know that developer is the one that will have the DOAS notarised. What I am asking is that does the developer need to have the Tax Declaration (TD) released by the Assessors Office before the developer can have the DOAS notarised? That is the reason given to me by the developer for the delay in the release of DOAS when I followed it up.

Try to ask assistance from National Housing Authority or Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board in Diliman, Quezon City for none issuance of your title after fully paid. Do you have written evidences of demand? Ako ganyan ang naging problema ko rin sa subdivision residential lot na after paying monthly installments of 5 years, 3 years ng nabayaran ko, ayaw ibigay ng developer ang title ko. I just wrote NHA and just in a month, I received my title from the developer even personally delivered it to my house.... hehehehehe
