Sorry for my word,sobrang inis at galit lng tlga nraramdaman ko sa employer ko ngaun, while typing this topic, kabibigay lng skn ng computation ng bond cost ko (Training bond) at nagulat ako ng sobrang laki n ng cost ang nilatag nila skn, umabot n sa Php600,000 n dati ay akala ko is nsa 300k lng kasi meron kmi system n nndun nkalagy ang remaining amount ng bond cost at pwede mo mkita anytime pero sbi nila ndi daw tama ang nkalagay sa system. at yng pinakita nila ngaun skn ang tama.

Ang kinakasama p ng loob ko, project ang ginawa nmin dun, meaning tuturuan muna kmi kng ano gagawin smn bago nmin execute yng task.

Sa totoo lng kasi hindi nmn aalis ang employee sa isang company kung maayos ang compensation n nabibigay nila.

Mga sir sa mga ganitong klaseng contract ba, wla silang nilalabag n batas? may laban p b ang employee kahit nkapirma n sya ng contract? pkiramdam kc nmin iniisahan n kmi ng employer nmin at gusto lng kmi mapako s knila.

on its face, the contract is valid. however, the question is whether the amount of supposed damages is reasonable. the only case where this matter is discussed is http://sc.judiciary.gov.ph/jurisprudence/2007/september2007/170928.htm where the employee was made to pay back the value of his training on the principle of unjust enrichment.
