gusto po namin pakasal ng live in partner ko, may una siyang asawa at almost 14 years ng hiwalay at hindi na annulled ang kasal nila. nabalitaan nalang namin na siya ay patay na at namatay siya sa amerika. kumukuha ang partner ko ng death certificate ng ex wife niya dito sa Pilipinas ngunit hindi pa rehistrado dito ang pagkamatay niya. at nalaman din namin na nagpakasal pala ito sa US at ang apelyido ng bagong asawa niya ang nakalagay sa death certificate niya. anu po ang gagawin namin gusto na namin maging legal ang aming pagsasama.

difficult,but find a way to acquire a death certificate in the USA and then have it authenticated at the state dept and at the ph consulate. even better if you can also get her marriage contract. her full maiden name will likely be stated there.
