seafarers allotment to legal wife and child

good day po..ask po sana if me idea kayo if ilang percent po dapat ang matanggap na allotment ng legal wife? me law po ba dun? hindi ko po kasi alam if how much ang salary ng husband ko and how many percent ang bigay sakin at kung sino sino po ang pinapadalhan nya ng allotment. nag-away po kmi nung tinanong ko and suggested na if sana lahat ng allotment will get through me muna bago sa pamilya nya and ako na po ang magpapadala sa account nila for transparency po kahit me receipt pa..i dont care naman if magkano ang ibibigay nya sa pamilya nya ang sakin lng wala syang tinatago. now he is threatening to leave me and magfile daw sya nang annulment kahit walang grounds at hindi naman ako nanglalalake..2 months pregnant po ako at ang sabi nya mgpapadala lng sya para lang sa bata until i give birth..ano po ang pwedeng habol ko? or can i file any petition? thank you so much po..please help

by poea rules it's 80% for seamen

jhon, go to the locl civil registrar or its website and inquire about correction or change of first name. the process is similar anyway

@attyLLL: does the rule of poea vary kung anong company po? if ayaw po ng husband ko ano po ang pwede kong gawin? i doubt kasi na me binibigyan syang iba

it's under poea rules. tell the company you will file a complaint against them all

im confused po kasi me nabasa ako sa isang article na : "A wife of a contract worker cannot force the agency to remit to her account more than what is allowed by the worker."

attyLLL good day po..i had my mother went to our provincial POEA with my documents with her yesterday. Ive asked her to ask for a copy of my husbands OFW record..nakastate naman po na married sya. nakausap po ng mother ko ang director ng POEA at ang sabi po it depends sa seaman po kung magkano at kung sino sino ang bibigyan nya ng allotment.. i think its not fair. magpapalimos na lang po ako sa husband ko kung magkano lng ibigay nya and me myself having a hard time & cannot even work because of a high risk pregnancy? im not convinced po sa sinabi ng director.pls help. any suggestion pa po. im helpless being immobile

you were brushed off. write a letter to him and copy furnish it to the manila office.
