anyone can help me out here? is there really no way u can  get the money u loan to a person? if she/he really  does'nt want to pay you, as the saying goes walang nakukulong sa utang???????

do i have a case if i filed one? and is there a chance i could win? i loaned an amount of money with an interest of 20%.. for the past months the person just promises to pay so on and so on....
