Need your assistance PLEASE?!?

Good day! I would like to ask what action I can do with regards to applying for loan. I am a member if AYALA Coop and applied for loan about 3weeks ago. Last Friday, I was informed through SMS that I was approved for hospital loan and would only have to deposit an amount of money and that the target release was May 28. I deposited the said amount the same day I received the sms. May 28 had passsed and still the loan amount was not released. According to our HR(who coordinates with Ayala Coop), the loan was out on hold because I have a pending Level 2 case. When I asked them if I can oull out my share capital, they said it would take 30days for them to release it. I do not have that much time for I need the money ASAP. What legal actions can I do? Can I file a "breach of contract case" against them? Thanks in advance.

was it your hr or the coop who put it on hold? if it was the hr, try dealing with the coop directly.

According to the HR officer I talked to, it was the decision of our HR to put the loan on hold. Atty, what can I say to the coop to release my loan? Can I tell them I would file a complaint if they would not release my loan even if I have already settled the amount they required for the release? If so, what legal case can they be accountable for? Thanks!

can a bank (metrobank) freeze the savings account of a credit card defaulter?how long will it take them to freeze the account if they can?if the supplementary of the principal inform the bank that she will assume the responsibility of paying the amount, will they still freeze it?please help..need your advice..please please please
