Ask ko lang po, is there a rule kung kailan dapat marelease ng employer ung last pay? If yes, may I know what article, or caption nung rulings..

wala po sa labor code yan.. pero ang industry practice eh 1 month after clearance..

Oo nga po e ang alam ko nga po usually is 1month.. dun po kasi sa previous employer ko 2 months pa daw..
