Arresto Menor

hi,ask ko lang if what will happen kung hindi ako mag-aapear sa court hearing,even i sign an affidavit about sa robbery holdup na nangyari sa shop namin bali isa po ako sa witnesses,bali joint affidavit yun tnx..

worst case, the court will order your arrest to make you testify or do nothing at all.
