im an illegitimate child but I'm using my stepfather's surname.my mother never told me that i have a biological father until she died.when my biological father died last year, my half brother and sister find me and told me about it. I have a family now and they also using my stepfather's surname. Can i change it to my mother's surname?or my biological father's surname?
