my husband is living with his mistress

Last year my husband and I had lots of arguments kasi nahuhuli ko sya na me babae until finally inamin nia sakin na me kabit sya. We decided to seperate kasi lagi nalang kami nagaaway dahil sa babae nia. I gave him the space he wanted and begged him not to be with his mistress. Only to find out the day after he walked out eh nagkasama na sila ng Kabit nia at nalaman ko na mwagkalive-in na sila ngayon.

I am having a hard time moving on because of the trauma and the pain that he've caused me.

I am planning to file a case against him but I don't know how and where to start it. I am also concerned kung me laban pa sya o wala.
