i have three kids. my two kids father is in US.since 2004 i receive $200 monthly.he got live in patner,he also have 2 kids there.i also have live in parner and we have one kid.the father of my two kids that in the US said that he will stop sending.do my kids still have chance to get child support.what should i do?thanks GOD BLESS

Your children are entitled to receive financial support from their biological father. If their father refuses,you may initially send him demand letter for support. If he continues to unjustly ignore it, you may now file a petition for support before the court. However, since he is already residing abroad,summons must be served upon him through extraterritorial service so that jurisdiction over his person may be acquired.

Should you decide to bring the matter to the court,see a lawyer so you could be properly advised.

i recommend you look for a support group where he lives and ask for help.
