Arresto Menor

Mid March po nag-avail kami ng tour package sa isang tao na inirecommend ng isang kaibigan. Wala naman po naging problema sa transaction nung agent at ng aming kaibigan kaya buong tiwala kami na nagbigay ng paunang bayad dun sa agent, and last week ibinigay na ung kabuuan. Kahapon po ay nalaman namin na na-cancel na ung supposedly ay reservation namin sa hotel dahil hindi nagbayad ung taong kausap namin. Ang tanong po ay kung ano dapat gawin para mabawi ung pera ibinayad namin. Hindi na namin makontak ung agent. Hoping po sa reply nyo, salamat.
