What can be the case? I really need a help

The exact situation is, nag-guarantor ako sa isang tao para mkalabas ng kotse thru bank financing with the intention na after 2mos. He'll pay the full amount to the bank and knowing his status and i do really trust him a lot because he's a family friend, i agreed to that kasi after 2mos. Nman bbyran nya in full. Wala kming pinirmahan n deed of sale or khit n anong documents pero ako ang nka-issue ng cheke s bangko at nag-issue naman xa sa akin ng full amount ng kotse dated 2 mos. after ng transaction. Kaso after 1 mo. Nbalitaan kong bmagsak business nya kaya tnawagan ko xa na ibigay nalang ulit nya sa akin yung kotse at ako nalang gagamit at itutuloy ko na ang financing sa bangko khit d nya ako bayaran kc mhirap n nga bka after 1mo. D nya mbayaran ung full amt. pero he refuses to return it. Ilang beses ko n xang tnawagan at pinagtanong2 sa mga kmag-anak pro d n xa ngpkita. Ano po pwede ko ikaso dto? That's the first question. By the way it happens 9mos. Ago na july 2012.

2nd scenario. I filed a case this weekpero hindi yung saktong ngyari ang sinabi ko. What i said was i lend the car 2 mos. ago to him and he failed to return it to me despite of the calls i made. because of the said scenario they let me file a case of estafa. The question now is what will happened if the fiscal found out that that was'nt exactly happen? What could be the actions should i make to avoid any inconvenience? Please help me to this

Nag file ka ng case against your friend to correct his wrong doings yet u committed another mistake by making up a story? Question, what are u trying to prove to the police why u changed the story? What do you want to happen?

My proof of ownership naman ako. Sa akin nakapangalan yung car mismo. Eatafa case ksi yung fevaluation ng police binase nya sa kwento ko. Nauna n kc na-blotter ng father ko yung incident na ganong story kya yun na din nasabi ko. Ang gusto ko lng nman mngyari e makita nla yung friend ko pra mbawi na yung kotse. Ano po b mgyyari if mlaman ng fiscal n hindi tlga yun ang ngyari?

making up story and changing of testimony may weaken your case. so how the court will listen if you have a difrent version sa totoong nangyari?

credibility is the key and the first thing to study for evry case to be hear in court. dont make it weak coz it can be used againts you.
