Good day,I worked in a call center and I will be redundiated from the company effective May 8, 2013. My concern is that I have SSS and Pag-ibig loans, I was told by HR that they will deduct ALL my loan obligations to my last pay and the separation pay all at once. Is that legal? Don't I have the right to say no and just pay the loan by myself when I'm out of the company? Hopingfor your assistance. Thank you.

unfortunately, yes, the law requires them to do that, unless you can get the sss to agree to another arrangement
