Hi Good Evening to all.
Back in 2009 my ex-gf filed a case against me. RA 9262. I already submitted my counter affidavit. On the same year, i moved to a different address, without knowing that I should update my address as well. So now im trying to get NBI Clearance, its no surprise to me anymore that I will get a hit.
Last week I ask my Cousins to go to QCRTC and check my case. They found out that I have a pending warrant and need to file a bail of Php12k. Im still raising that amount of money before I voluntary surrender and Im willing to reopen the case.
My Questions
1. If i pay the bail, what will happen next?
2. What if my ex-gf will not show up?, coz I heard she's already working abroad. What will happen to the case?
