legal rigths as wife

hi im lahnee 34yo married for almost 6yrs. I married an older man he is now 46 and had 3 daughter before our marriage. for 6 yrs nagkasama lng personally wla png isang taon becoz he works in florida, I think 4x plng sya umuwi tpos 2 and haf months lng ktgalan..may bahay sya sa place nya dati dun nkatira mga anak nya pero pinaalis nya for so many reasons nrin..lagi kmi mag kaaway, jealousy at wla trust, ayaw ng mga anak sa akin..ano po b rights ko bilang legal n asawa..pinipilit nya ako tumira dun sa bahay nya, pwede po b yun....ano po pwede actions sa mga bad text ng anak nya sa akin nung I prohibited them once to enter the house ksi po dahil hindi n sila nkatira dun asa akin po lhat susi..nag usap kami asawa ko kinampihan nya anak nya not respecting my decision..my mali po ako pero receiving bad text such as" ang kapal ng mukha, aswa k lng anak kme, gusto mo ata away e"...please help po kung ano pong legal actions pwede ditto..nd pwede ko po demanda husband ko khit wla sya ditto for verbal and emotional abuse evidence by text and chat messages?
