Arresto Menor

We are enjoying the benefit of car allowance for the past 3 years. We were on field assignment before, now we are being transferred to office staff. They discontinued giving car allowance, is this considered non dimunation of benefit? Aside from car, we also have gasoline allowance, meal allowance and load allowance.. they are saying that all of this will be withheld since we are now office based. FYI. Only the gasoline allowance that they require us to submit a receipt.. may laban ba Kami. Dito?

moderator

in my opinion, you are no longer entitled to it because those allowances are based on the nature of your position. but if you feel strongly enough, you can raise the matter with dole or file a case at nlrc.
