3 co makers in need help

gud am po. may katrabaho po kaming na force resignation, nung jan 2013.. ngayon po magresign na din ako. sa cooperative sabi nila kami ang magbabayad ng loans nya dahil ang makukuha nya sa company(benefits)is not enough to pay ang loans nya amounting to 130k. hindi namin alam 3 months 2011-sunud-sunod sept.,oct.,nov. kaming 3 co workers nya ay ginawa nya palang co makers. di namin alam na may previous loan p sya amounting to 80k, ang claim ng coop we were inform verbally d exact amount of his loan. ngayon sabi nila idededuct din dw sa benefits ko ang loan nyang amounting to 65k, at ibang co maker isalary deduct dw sa knila. pwede ba akong di pumayag n ideduct ko sa benefits ko? may violation b ang coop?anong pwede naming gawin sa principal borrower since di na sya ngwork sa company?

Aren't you aware na co-maker ka? If you haven't signed anything I believe you can still refuse to pay.
What benefits you referring? Is it your last pay at 13th month pay? If yes, they are not supposed to be taking the cudgels for the co-workers who claim to have receivables from the force resigned employee. IMY

I am aware po na co maker ako, may pinirmahan din po. Kaya lang yung prinsipal borrower po nung nakipag-usap sa coop ay willing naman syang panagutan ang mga utang nya. Kaya lang yung coop ayaw na nilang makipag transaction sa kanya. Sa akin na pinaaako ang responsibility sa pagbabayad sa niloan ng prinsipal borrower. Tapos ako na lang daw po makipag-usap sa prinsipal borrower.

as a co-maker what is stated on the promissory note you signed? Are the surety? o the guarantor?

hard to discuss without looking at the co-maker agreement. but assuming that there is no requirement that the principal borrower is unable to pay, then they can claim from you.
