Fair amount of damages if 30-day notice is not served?

what if I resign effective immediately? aside from the fact that by law, we need to render the 30 days before the resignation's effectvity. If my employer takes that against me, what would be the fair amount of damages if 30-day notice is not served?

sir included po ba yung Holidays and Day-offs or vacation/sick leave when counting 30 days notice of resignation?
