my "special friend" is married, he claims that it was a shot-gun wedding. we were still still together nung bigla sya nagpakasal. she said that she got the girl pregnant. so we broke up, after 2 yrs saka p lang nabuntis ung girl. right after the civil wedding, they are having problems na. super bad ung girl na hangang na-fell out of love na ung guy. so after 3yrs, nagkaron ulet kame communication. may commitment issues sya dahil sa fear na ilayo ung anak nya sa knya. lumayas sya ng bahay, lumipat ng work. they talk pa over the fon pero para sa bata na lang. gusto na makipaghiwalay ni guy, pero ung girl ayaw. lahat ng pamilya/relatives ni guy gusto na sila paghiwalayin kase nawitness ung ugali ni girl. nakikita sila nung bata na everyday nagaaway. so the guy decided na iwan sila pero tuloy ang financial support sa bata. as much as he wanted na ipa-annul ung kasal, kulang sa money and ung girl ayaw makipag hiwalay. we need help.

Whether the other party wants the annulment or not kung gustong mag file ng sino man saknila for annulment he/she may do so.. Kaya nga may mga hearings..
