I have been married for 8 years, and have been hoping/praying for a baby, but never happened.
My husband told me after we were married that he had his prostate removed some time prior to our marriage. I have since found out that by having his prostate removed, this causes infertility.
Also not only is he infertile but he is also impotent.
I feel that by his not telling me about his prostate removal, he was fraudulant, and because of this, i can never have kids.

Can someone please tell me, do i have grounds to annul or not?.

Inability to Consummate Marriage - either spouse was physically incapable of having sexual relations or impotent during the marriage.

kelan ka ba sinabihan na wla na siyang prostate? kasi sabi nila,nag prerescribe daw ung fraud na yan.

pero ung iba, sex ng sex, naghiwalay din naman-
yung iba, daming anak hiwalay din.
di kaya dapat ka magpasalamat na prostate lang ang nawala ke hubby mo

at hindi puso? Shocked

imo...fraud is only good for four years upon discovery. in ur case u said u were together for 8 years, so fraud has been obliterated by your cohabitation with ur husband. but u can still file a case for annulment grounded on psychological incapacity(impotency).
