BIR 2316 problem

Hi sir.. i have a prob with my 2316 i am currently working now sa ibang company pero the problem is manila po ung previous job ko. currently here @ cebu and then hinihingi nila yung 2316 form ko po kasi march palang naman po ako nagresign sa old company..i communicate with HR na po sa old ko pero dahil nga po nag merge na sila sa ibang company nag ka problem po sa 2316 ko po. and then yung HR na gumagawa daw po nun wala na po deleted na daw po yung copy sa sysmtem nung nag resign na hr. sir may iba pa po bang ways kasi po hindi daw po ako makakasweldo dito sa current work ko po kasi hinihingi yung 2316 ko po..puwede ko po ba i request sa bir po un. thank u po.
