hi, i just want to know if my tax refund for 2012 should be included in my backpay even if i was terminated? i was able to return all the things that the company owns and was able to process my clearance.. my last day with my previous company was jan 3, 2013 and they've released the itr january 29, 2013... i was not able to get it since i've already processed my clearance...

good day! may questions lang ako about tax refund, yung asawa ko po nagresign sa company niya last nov 2012, nagtrabaho cya dun for more than 10 years, then hindi niya natapos yung 1 whole year before magdeclare ng tax, ask ko if makakakuha sya tax refund dun sa ilang months na nkaltasan sya sa sahod ng withdolding tax? and actually wla din cya natanggap na back-pay.
