i was hired a design engineer in a TRADING SERVICES and as expected the manager promised me the said salary. He also asked me the skills needed and i told him that i ONLY gained BASIC KNOWLEDGE on that skill and i also indicated on my CV without that SAID SKILL but He gave the position and salary that i didn't asked for. Upon working within 15days, he notified me he will changed my contract into a trainee and stashing my salary of 33% because i lacked the said skills he needed even though i told him the truth only i knew the BASIC Skills. I spend renting a expensive room and disregarded other opportunities because of "sweet talking" of BOSS. He also gave me a TRAINING BOND , upon training for nothing since I WAS CATEGORIZED A DESIGN TRAINEE and my salary range as a entry level. I worked 6years previously. To make a story short i want to be terminated but he gave me a MEMO stating my AWOL ( i went to the office to transact my PHILHEALTH for my daughter and i told him im going to absent because i need to transact my philhealth due to daughter hospitalization... i was absent for 3days ). Sometimes he always saying harsh words to me, i became incompetent due to low morale what he done to me.(The memo stated this : TO SUBMIT A WRITTEN REPLY WHY WE SHOULD NOT TERMINATE YOUR TRAINING AGREEMENT WITH THE COMPANY AND WITH PREJUDICE OF FORFEITING YOUR TRAINING ALLOWANCE. Should i'll be terminated, is he going to ask the training allowance they paid for me? i want to leave this TRADING SERVICES because we're bond for 2 years without gaining TRAININGS.
Now, i want to have advise so pls can anybody help me. tnx. Malvin ( i been working only for 7weeks as of now and training will be for 3 months)
