here is the situatioN, a group of filipino who are living abroad, organized aand formed a corporation w/c name is Gabay sa pag-aaral and register under the laws of california and their primary purpose for business is to awarding scholarships in MAnila and suppose they obtain the necessary license to do business and pursue their profect in the Phils. would dis be a Foreign or domestic corp?

Foreign Corporation.
Be guided with this rule: A corporation created/registered UNDER BP 68 or the corporation code of the Philippines is CONSIDERED as a DOMESTIC corporation. Other than that, it is a foreign corporation.
It is the place of incorporation determines the nationality of the corporation and not the incorporators therein.
