Paano malalaman na aunthentic yung certificate na ini-issue sa akin.
Details.
1. December 2010, paid for the share of stock, 2 shares.
2. Additional paid up capital sa SEC na-approved dated January 16, 2012.
3. Date of the Certificate of Stock, December 21,2010.
4. Issued 1 Certificate covering 2 shares.

Pls kindly advise, naguguluhan ako...

Go back to the issuing corporation and have a check on their STOCK and TRANSFER book, IF andun nakalagay yang certificate of stock na hawak mo, together with its Certificate number and your name or other infos then ORIGINAL yan.

Yung sa pagbayad mo noong December 2010 ng 2 shares and its issuance of certificate on December 21, 2010, covering 2 share, yan po yung tinatawag na PRE-INCORPORATION SUBSCRIPTION, at that moment, hinde pa po organize yung corporation, but VALID and LEGAL po yun. Parang yung subscription nyo ay dinagdag sa PAID-UP capital ng corporation. As a proof of subscription,inisyuhan kayo ng Certificate.
