hi good am po atty ask ko lng po kasi ung husband ko nasuntok ung kapitbahay nmin dahil sa tsismis ngaun po ngka bukol at unting gasgas po ung nasuntok nung 1st hearing sa baragay tinanong cya kung anu gus2 nya ang sagot nya sorry daw po at gusto nya matuto ng lesson asawa ko and thenung following hearings po ayaw na nya makipag settle he keeps on saying na itutuloy daw nya sa piskal ung case waiting na lng po sa final hearing (lupon) ung case. . anu po kaya possible na mangyari dito? please help po

They have evidences and the damage was done; as you stated, they are going to institute legal action against your husband, given that No Settlement took place at Brgy.

Start preparing for your husband's defense. If indeed they filed legal actions against your husband after the CFA was issued by Brgy. just wait for the Subpoena or you may go to the Court and find out the status. Just make sure that your husband is present at the arraignment otherwise a warrant of arrest will be issued to your husband.

gud pm tanong lng po atty tungkol sa kaso ko slight physical injury nagkaron n po kami ng settlement ng nagkaso sa akin s mediation nagkaroon na po kmi ng kasunduan at binayadan ko na din po sya sa gastos nya sa ospital.pwede pa rin po ba nya ituloy ang kaso dahil nagbago sya ng isip at kahit wala naman ako nalabag sa kasunduan namin. tnx po..
