Good Days Mga attorney,
Nais ko lang po magtanung if anu pwding kaso sa mga gumagawa ng fake fb at naninira sayo.. lahat ng mga friends mo inaadd nya at nagppost ng kung anu2 basta mapahiya ka lang nya.. may kaso po ba sa ganun?
sana po masagot nyo katanungan ko maraming salamat po.. Very Happy

ask ko lang po,pano mo ipo-prove kung sinong gumagawa at sinong kakasuhan kung hindi mo kilala yung gumagawa ng fake fb account? alam q under TRO pa ang cybercrime now.

the pnp crime lab makes an inquiry with facebook to get the ip address

is ip enough? pano po qng gumamit ng public computer,then it would be futile to pin point the user
