Hi, I would like to seek advice from you.
My father passed away last 1987 and our lot was named after him. This year we fully paid the house ang lot and it was still name to him. My nanay is still alive and she wants to transfer the lot under my name. We are 8 siblings 6 are with family (1 decreased) and 2 of us are still single. I am the one who always processed everything regarding our house and lot. My nanay to transfer the lot under my name due to i have all the documents and IDs while my other brothers and sister have not. Can we transfer the lot title under my name using the extra judicial settlement? what is the the process? or would you advise to transfer the lot title to all of us (8 siblings), is that the best thing to do? despite of they have no documents and ID at all?
And I know that we have the tax to be paid in the municipal for the lot and they are not willing to pay for that,,, due to no employment at all.
