hello.. i would like to ask sir if bank officers are entitled to 13th month pay. i assume that if the bank is willing and capacitated to pay said benefit to its officers, then it's ok, under the business judgment rule.
the issue is:should the bank also pay a bank officer who went on leave for 1 month vacation? said officer attended some personal matters that was why she did not receive salary for the said month. now, is she entitled to the 13th month pay corresponding to the said one month for which she did not work?
