Hi, I need an urgent answer. I just gave birth to a 2months baby girl and now her father asking for a right to see the baby after what he did. He never tried to call me from the time he was informed that Im pregnant. He denied that hes the father of my baby when his family trying to confirm about my condition. Is there any chance that he can get the custody for my child after all what he did?

We're not married. What do you mean by visitorial rights? Is it mean that he just allow to visit my child? Without taking her at home?
