Arresto Menor

CENOMAR of my husband yielded 2 matches in the National Indices of Marriage: the first marriage was in 1976 and the other one (which is our marriage) in 1995. It is impossible that the marriage in 1976 was my husband since his birth date is 1964. If he was married in 1976, he was only 12 years old then. How do I correct the NSO certificate? I will be needing the CENOMAR for the processing of the birth certificate of my daughter. I'd appreciate your immediate advise. Thanks in advance.
