Arresto Menor

Gusto ko magsampa ng kaso sa architect na binayaran namin para irenovate ang condo. 3 months lang dapat ang contract pero umabot na ng 9 mos. Its more than a month mula ng huling nagpakita ang mga trabahador nya. He has taken all the paymemt without finishing the work.
Please help me.

meron contract na pinirmahan. Pero hindi nagcomply un architect. lagi namin pinagbibigyan dahil sinasabi nya na may sakit ang foreman nya a month ago nalaman namin sa technician nya na pinadala nya ang trabahador sa tuguegarao kaya hindi nakakapunta sa amin. sobrang nagbigay na kami tuwing tatanungin sya sasabihin nya dadating ang tauhan pero wala naman. hindi kami naghahanap ng bagong gagawa ng bahay dahil sobra sobra ang naibayad namin sa kanya up to now wala pa din kaming kitchen since we live here in our condo.
