Arresto Menor

Well I ordered an item on internet and yung website na un kilala tlga, gumagawa sila ng damit sa isang kilalang university sa manila so un na nga po nag-order na ako, nag e-mail na ako sa kanila and sabi nila mag-deposit na lang ako sa acc. sa BPI (ng 1,350) at tapos i-process na lang nila ung item. Mga January 16, 2012 po ako nag deposit and hanggang ngayon wala pa po ung items. ni-message ko sila ulit and yet no response. sabi nila ipakita ko lang deposit slip so pinicturan ko na po and sinend sa kanila pero wala pa rin po. swindling na po ba kapag ganito?
