good day.. ask ko lang po kung pano ang computation or kung mbibigyan kmi ng separation if ung old management eh binenta ung company and papalitan na ng name ung company? lahat po ba ng employee na under sa old management eh mkakakuha ng separation? tnx

pa help nmn po.. kc nung nkausap kmi ng old management last sept. bbigay daw nila ung separation. pero mag 4 months na clang wala sa company tpos parang mali ung computation na ibibigay nila.. parang lumalabas eh 1/4 x Half salary x yrs of service lang.. tama po ba un?

kung separation pay.. di naman retrenchment yan.. redundancy yan.. 1 month salary x years of service..

so sir mali ung compute nila na parang 1/4 lang ng salary x yrs of service.. need ko tlga help nyo para maliwanagan kami.. 6 yrs na kami sa company tpos magsasara ung old tpos papalitan ng bago pero kami padin ung mga employee.. then lahat kami ata eh papasign ng 5 months contract nlang lahat.. salamat po
