Good day po.hingi lang po ako ng advice kasi po isa po ako s na layoff sa kumpanya nmen sa dahilan po nalulugi n daw ang isang department nemn kung saan po ako nabibilang. ang nakalagay po s batas 1 month po dpat magbigay ng letter na isa ako s redundant. ang tanong ko po pwede po bang ikaltas ng employer ko ung mga materials na naka acount sken kahit n walang kaukulang dokumento na sa aking talga nakaacount un? dapat po b n buo ang ibigay skn na seperation pay? at mukhang ganun po ang gagawin sken. salamat po
