Hello, I've been annulled for only 5 days, signed in the lobby of a hotel with no trials done, presume and assumed that it was authentic because I received a copy of nullity handed by exhusband but doubted when I need a copy of my marriage contract, still I can get without any annotations so with the Cenomar, still doubting so I pursue to file, 1st communication from the CA questioned me why it took 8 years of refiling, we answered that during the time it was emotions involved, the second it was sent to the SC, but still waiting for an answer. It was Hon. Ishmael Bagundang Alhaj, just want to confirm:
a.if this person was also included on the list of suspended fraud judges who declared nullity of marriage in Cotabato?
b.if this will be the case, I am still married to my exhusband?
c.if whatever happened to my exhusband, am I still have the right to any properties he has?
d.does his marriage after our annullment(???) valid?????
e. if proven nullified judgement, does it mean, I'M STILL HER LEGAL WIFE?

Hoping to hear from you the soonest

Sorry, medyo nalabuan ako sa english mo at sa unang part nung story.Gaano kayo katagal kasal at anong 5days lang ang annulment? and ano yung 8 yrs? 8yrs bago ka nagre-file ng annulment? Tas nasa SC na annulment case mo ngayon?

To generally address, some of your concerns, if fraudulent nga yung judge then automatically kasal ka pa rin kasi malamang di naman kayo na-annul, ikaw ang legal wife. May right ka sa properties nya at void ang second marriage nya.

Not a lawyer, just my two cents.

Hello, Thank you for that reply Atty, I would like to apologize for my English????The anullment procee took place for 5 days, I mean the declaration was immediately issued and handed by my exhusband after 5 days of having a meeting with him and with my lawyer, through there I agreed of some conditions such as: full support to all of my 4 kids, had a monthly allowance of P5000, house and car and education but until now we always had no chance to dicuss the things lacking such as the house.
we've been married since 1988 through civil and after a year 1989 a church wedding done. 1997 we separated, a lots of illicit affairs seen by him. he paid P250k in Cotabato and it was processed only by5 days because he called my attention and we've met in one of the hotel her ein my place and we just signed that 'DECLARATION OF NULLITY OF MARRIAGE" and after he just congratulate me then that's it. That was Dec.2002, January 2003, he married in Manila because 2 months pregnant. Thinking that it was authentic so I didnt do anuthing even aside from having his wife, may 2 girls pa siya na minimaintain and lahat ng yun, nakikita ng mga anak ko.
I always asked for the House pero lagi siyang nagagalit at apektado ang support niya sa amin.
We refiled and teh Supreme Court questioned us with my lawyer why it took 8 years to scrutinize? so again we send a reply so with the Supreme Court we filed but still were waiting for any letters from them.
wala pong anullment case sa Supreme Court, only nagtanong lang po if it is found the anullment case of me and my husband under Judge Batundang, Alhaj. Itanong ko po sa inyo if kasali poba itong taong ito sa mga fraud judges who give the anullment inCotabato. I can still get a marriage contract in the NSO without any annotations seen on the side that's why I doubted. If I am still the legal wife, can I make a way? By the way, pinalabas po namin na ako po ang nagfile ng anullment but he was the one who paid for it and obviously he has the interest on that. Ano po ba ang maari kong magawa, tuliungan nio po ako.

you really should discuss this with your own attorney. you are his client, he owes it to you.
