hold departure orders

dear moderator,

i have a question here.
my close friend is leaving for cambodia (mission trip). she has an existing case filed against her since 2007 but still the hearings are on going. she plans to go to cambodia for a short trip on july19 up to july29. she has posted a bail already long time ago. her case is RA7610.

she dont know if she has a hold departure order. is HDO automatically issued by RTC? does the accuser needs to file it? my friend sheila and her attorney has not received any notice of HDO. does it mean she can travel? she will be back before her next hearing. she will be back jul 29 and her hearing is on august 27 2010.

will you still be in a hold depature order list even though you have filed a bail and the court approved the bail- which is a temporary liberty. will you still be arrested or not allowed to travel abroad. my firend has attended hearings and next hearing will be on aug 27.

she is so worried because she is the leader of this mission trip and a number of missionaries will be with her and she dont want to be embarrased at the airport.

her lawyer doesnt know about HDO. :-(
