Hello Everyone! Hingi lang po sana good authors for these subjects: Criminal procedure, Taxation, International Law, and Special Proceedings. Wala po kasi rex,national or central bookstore dito sa amin so need pa pumunta manila just to buy books, and since I'm busy I cant go there din, kaya padala lang talaga and solution. Very Happy

having a good text doesn't guarantee you'll do well with the prof, if he's using another text. but here is what I would recommend:

crim pro - herrera
tax - vitug
IL - bernas

don't know about spec pro.

TAXATION - Mamalateo's Tax Law Reviewer and De Leon's The Fundamentals of Taxation

CRIM PRO - Herrera or Pamaran or Agpalo

INTERNATIONAL LAW - Cruz

SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS - Bautista

In Taxation: Is it ok to go for the reviewer or should I read the text book first? How about for the NIRC? codal lang po ba or should I buy an annotated one?

For Income Taxation, get a textbook. Ok daw yung kay De Leon pa rin. Maganda kasi kay De Leon puro basics at simple ang presentation. Pati nga sa Civil Law maganda daw basahin mo yung mga textbooks ni De Leon. As much as possible, read textbooks muna. Pag may extra na pera ka pa, buy that of Mamalateo. Good book.
